Firmware update for the Scroll Elite.

Before you do start updating if you have a new Elite check with SO. I think they are applying the update before sending out units. I've just had my second Elite arrive and they weren't shrink-wrapped, I suspect they had been removed from their boxes for update before being shipped. The fact that the build number ends in the date 20120620 indicates a very recent build.

I think you need to tackle Google Play a different way than just applying an update. It is a little tricky to get working - it seems to appear once you have connected to Google Play via your Browser and added a Google account in the System Settings. When it's working you get a small "Shop" icon in the top RH corner when you touch the "six squares" icon in the Top RH corner of the Home Screen and go into the "Applications and Wigets" screen.
