The scroll excel 4.0.3 link no longer works

I'd be surprised if any of them do - Suggsy did post that his sugarsynch account had been terminated with extreme prejudice.

Not entirely true lol It was suspended for 48 hours, up and running again now.
I have also added a new link to the download of the Excel ICS Rom
