HOW TO FLASH 2.3 Gingerbread CyanogenMod7 onto Scroll

right so far iv booted it up and deleted apps, everything thats possible, no luck, accelerometer still stuck, i'll try deleting apps and then install and see if that does it

no mate, i reflashed the scroll rom and wanted to try eddies app, thats why i said it was perfect because i thought it was doing the rotation, because i had deleted the crap out of everything, i kept getting fcs on cm setting and when i turned wifi on, so i left it untill the other day when i re downloaded it and then eddies app was broke, thats why i asked how it was supposed to work, so iv got the normal rom up and deleted everthing and it didnt work so iv now to try deleting everything then flash the rom to see if it works

Installed fine with no major problems, except white camera screen, upside Down portrait view, and (initially) a calibration issue. Good work to whoever's responsible (: anyone know if its possible to alter LCD dpi such as that build.prop replacement for original ROM, that changed it from 160 to 140, or if its compatible with this ROM? Thanks (:

Edit; to answer my own query, the build.prop replacement based on original ROM is NOT compatible with Cyanogen. It causes bootlooping.

Im new to all this stuff I don't really understand all of the (Im/)possibilities
P.S having a problem where my device auto shut Downs after and unknown time, Is this a common problem? It Bothers me because I use the scroll as a bed side clock

auto shutdown/sleep is located in "settings"
you can change it to "never"
might want to keep it plugged in on charge as the battery is crap

there's an app somewhere and i cant remember the name of it( useless info i know) that stops the shutting down happening lol
