Tech Help required - Apply within

Found this, seems excellent for PC users, works with all software, Windows and Linux systems, will work with my anticipated new shiny wi-fi mini keyboard. Its free , its good but will it work with the scroll.
If it does I would be a bloke with Jammy Dodgers, and half a packet of Munchies !!
