market working after restore to default

i had to do a full factory reset after i forgot to reneme the new build prop
Anyway it fixed a MP3 issue i had but now i've lost the market i hadn't downloaded any thing from market as i had every thing on sdcard but tried today and got the old install starts then stops
do you think the reset has got rid of the ID i pushed to the scroll during Detections fix?

have you another device registered with your google market android account? it seems the android device has to register to the market to send the push download of the apps. mine is not registered as a scroll but as Telechips Android for Telechips TCC8900 Evaluation Board (US) also i have not got the short- cut icon i have to search for *m* in the search box and then it shows in the results, or use a third party app to open the market program. applanet is offline at the moment or do i need new apk was working last week
you could use any cut to put shortcut to M in your tray
i have a Galaxy apollo and a pulse mini both registered on google but i never see them on the web page
do you see your scroll on markets web page i.e that pic you posted previously

edit just had a look and all three are on there scroll is telechips-- last used May 23rd

how can i re sync my scroll?
and their is an unnamed device reg'd on 25 April that may be when i did factory reset but looks like i used scroll 23 May

that's the account view on the pc and the same as in the google web page using the scroll.

through the market it syncs your scroll can you not download anything from market?

cant download get the arrow then goes after 2 secs
if i open the market web page on scroll & try to download from there

have you checked all your sync settings for google? un - sync then sync again? i have just checked my scroll with market and its fine no problems.
