Mac OS X

Hi All,

Been messing with the Scroll and my Mac Book. Just thought I'd share.

When connected in "internal mode" the 2gb internal memory mounts as /A, in external it mounts as /NONAME. I guess thats unless you have formatted the SD with a volume name. Pretty straight forward, its just a drag and drop job from then on in.

Also Ive been having ago with adb after rooting the scroll, there is a tut here for any Mac users out there who are interested.

Instructions on how to install the os x android sdk, have a look here......

Hope thats of some use.....cheers

Charlie rooting on osx is as easy as on windows... move the apk across lol
Its actualy easier for OSX/Linux users to setup android stuff as they dont have to fiddle with drivers for adb/fastboot

Hi,

I have read that there is no need for any drivers to connect the Scroll to Mac OSX. I have snow leopard 10.6.

However whichever port on the Scroll I connect to I cant see the Scroll.

What am I not doing/doing wrong. :(

Its not the host port - that is for things like flash drives and keyboards etc
