as far as I know this is simliar as the Scroll 7" capacitive and features 4Gb nand and Gingerbread 2.3.3.
After rooting and modify the build.prop I'm happy with it.
What I like to change is the strange mountpoints (nand as /mnt/sdcard and sdcard as /mnt/sdcard/tflash) and I love to have USB bluetooth dongle working. I also tried cyanoge mod 7 with mixed results.
