I only have the 7" resistive model but have upgraded from Android 2.1 to 2.3 and I'm happy with the general use of the tablet.
I'm sure someone will be along soon with some of the other models to highlight their plusses and minuses but for the money the basic one is quite a good stable system and so far I've not had any real issues at all
