Greetings Programs!
Spent the last week reading up on cheap tablets and then searching for what I could find local to me. Out of the two Maplin shops round here one had a Scroll Essential on display, the last one they had in stock. Tried to get a discount as ex-display but ended up paying the full £69.99
Wanted my first modern tablet as a colour e-reader for books, mags, and comics so anything else I can get it to do is a bargain. Plan to tinker with backing up the OS so I can try different Android installs, particularly Uberoid.
