Thought I should do the decent thing and join up here
Soon to take delivery of an Excel II after She Who Must Be Obeyed convinced me of the merits of buying wee Fraser (6) one for his Christmas. Must admit I was against the notion at first (a tablet... for a six year old??!!) but the potential for portable education and entertainment can't be ignored. Neither can the potential for no longer having to put my Galaxy S in Airplane Mode every time he wants to anger a bird, tickle a tom cat or enjoy a sprinkle!
So - I found this forum while searching reviews before buying, and look forward to finding all sorts of help and meeting other Scroll users.
No stranger to Android... very attached to my Galaxy, and was to my G1 before that (that was 2nd hand). I've declared myself systems admin for the wee man's tab (I've never used one before) and look forward to 'helping him make the most of it'
