Unfortunately you have not got off to a very good start as you posted a help request in the new member section where it asks at the top of the page for you specifically not to do so.
You made your request multiple times and all in the wrong sections - twice in this section which is for new member introductions and the other in the hardware section when you are asking specifically about help with software?
Multiple postings on any forum is seen as bad practice and will not get you more attention for help. It simply screws up the forum with multiple threads all over the place which makes it very hard for other people to follow.
Please don't do this again in future.
Please also take the time to read the forum rules and use the search engine and you will find all you need to know about how to achieve upgrading your Scroll Excel from 2.3 Gingerbread to 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich.
I have deleted one of your two posts made here and moved the other from hardware to the help section where it should have been made.
