Hi everyone. New to scroll but not to Android. Have a rooted scroll running standard 2.3.1 firmware but I am unable to tether it to my FroydVillain running HTC Hero. I know this could be a hero problem but its worth seeing if there's anything I haven't tried to get it working.
As for the gyro, some apps load upside down or the gyro doesn't seem to respond properly. Is this a known issue with a workaround?

are you using an app or just the 2.3 software i use "wifi tether" app on my pulse mini works a treat
scroll 2.3CM7 "barnacle" app also worked but not as nice

Tried wifi tether app on the hero, no joy. Barnacle just crashes the phone. Im sure its just an issue with the rom im using but wanted to check here as well
