Cannot see any Wireless networks

Hi,

I just got a 7" Scroll home. Went to Wireless settings as described in Manual but it is not picking up any wireless networks even though my laptop can see mine and 2 others. Wifi is switched on and Network Notification option is ticked.

Does anyone have any ideas? Cannot see anyone else with this problem... Should I return the unit?

Make sure the router is not set to purely Wireless N, enable b/g/n mix if possible and make sure the encryption is not WEP, I seem to remember them having problems with WEP Encryption, try WPA/2
