Keyboard case

Postby Jennifer » October 5th, 2011, 10:33 am

I really am new to this so please have patience with me. I have a 7" Scroll Tablet and am just getting used to it. I have bought a keyboard case because I am not good with on screen ones. But no matter what I do I cannot get to disable the onscreen one eventhough the case one is working. I have ticked and unticked every box I can find. Can someone please give me a pointer or post a link with the details. I really want to get to grips with the tablet and not just give up at the first hurdle. Thank you in desperation.

Hi & welcome to the forum,

When the on-screen keyboard pops up on screen, try pressing (short press) the hard 'Back' key on the Scroll (not on the physical keyboard) - this normally hides the on-screen keyboard.

Note: Some app's you have to press the hard 'menu' key and then select the 'hide/show - keyboard' option on screen

Thanks Charlie will try this out. I seem to be having so many problems mostly because the manual doesn't really tell you anything.
