AAAAARRRGH! Stuck on balloon screen

i just got my scroll excel today and installed a few things. it was rooted already as proven by the terminal changing to # so i installed superuser and busybox, all good.

i installed launcehr pro, uninstalled as i didnt like it but i wouldnt have thought it would be the problem.

i installed setcpu but it just stayed at the standard speed due to being a standard rom, i did set it to downclock to 336mhz with ondemand govenor so it should spin up to full speed, 1008mhz, when needed but could that be it?

i have tried the holding vol+ and power but it never shows the android icon or word, even with power cord in, just that damn balloon.

i even pressed a pin into reset but it just came back to the balloon.

please help guys, i am desperate.
