scroll tablet How do you mount and unmount when it doesn't show unmount option


have got a scroll tablet

I can mount it ok but when it is time to unmount it nothing comes up. It says turn of internal device and then gives a message to remind to unmount it

Need any advice plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes, there is no option, but the option it gives you is the unmount option. When you are ready to unmount your scroll, drag down the notification bar at the top, then tap USB and press turn off. That is the same as an unmount option.

when do that nothing comes up no music and no video nothing at all

phoned storage and they can't unstand it. have to take it back to shop thing is no more in stock

oh dear, hopefully if you get a replacement the mounting feature will work! I tried mine and it worked fine, good luck
