Scroll Excell Video Conversion and Playback Issues

Hi All,

I have a Scroll Excel Tablet which I would like to put a few films to watch onto it. Only problem is I am having issues with the video playback of any films which I convert. I have tried using handbrake with multiple settings and file containers none of which have been successful. I have also tried using Free Video to Android Converter and created a custom type which matches the criteria of the video instructions on the site.

Two videos I converted using handbrake had worked and I try to copy the settings shown in the properties but whenever I put them on the tablet and try to play them I just get an error message saying "Sorry this File Could not be played."

If possible would someone please share some information as to what settings they use within handbrake or a link to a particular program and the settings used within that program. I have been trying different formats for at least a week now and I'm not having much luck.

i too am having the same problems ive tried loads of differant set ups but still cant play any films
