Writing notes app needed

Hi there

I'm looking for a decent notes app that I can use for my business meetings.

The problem is:
1) Don't want to be always dragging a laptop round
2) Don't want to be typing on a keyboard
3) Using a pen & paper is great but has the problems of:
a) Notes have to be typed into my CRM system
b) future meetings are pages down my notebook so not together

The ideal solution is an app that can:
A) Allow me to use a pen/stylus to write on screen
B) Allow me to create Books that will be "Company Names" and have many sheets that I can use to write my meeting notes, allowing a logical order
C) The ability to convert into pdf or some other electric format .doc would be fine
D) The ability to upload all or select pages as attachments to the company in the CRM system

There was a decent app called Bamboo for the IOS but if there is something similar for Android, I would welcome your recommendations.

Handrite & Genial Writing currently getting my vote. Work in different ways but very responsive and slick with either finger or griffin stylus pen thingy.

Will purchase the full apps (cheap as chips) to see if they address my other needs.

Like evergreen but don't think you can handwrite. Antipaper was ok for features but screen writing estate. Would be severely impacted, compared to Handrite & Genial.

Another app that converted hand writing to text recognition looked promising but priced itself out as it didn't offer a free trial to test.

Will update with the results....
