SCROLL power supply plug!!!

I have had two of the Scroll end plugs on the power supply fail. There is something wrong with the design/manufacture of this and it could cause SO all sorts of grief. Wonder if anyone else has the same experience.

I have suffered the same problem on my two-month old Scroll. No abuse/ bending or anything, the metal pin that plugs in to the Scroll just came off the lead! Pushing it back in gives some (albeit intermittent) charging capability.

How did you go about getting a new power supply - did you just return the whole unit or can a replacement (and perhaps better) be purchased seperately.
