problem with wifi connection

hi there
im trying to connect my scroll excel to wifi but it comes up with a message under wifi saying disconnected.

im am trying to connect to plusnet wireless

under plusnetwireless it says disabled,secured with wpa/wpa2 psk

is there anything i am doing wrong
