i am trying to make my bluetooth mouse work on my excel but when i turn on the bluetooth it finds the mouse but doesnt show any cursor or pointer am i not doing something right

i am trying to make my bluetooth mouse work on my excel but when i turn on the bluetooth it finds the mouse but doesnt show any cursor or pointer am i not doing something right
