I just got a Scroll Explore 7" and loved it for the first 2 days but now I clearly have done something it doesn't like.
At the start, I rooted it and that went fine. Added a few apps, changed the launcher and tidied up the screen. Turned it on and off a few times with no problems.
Then I installed Busybox and Titanium Backup and one of those two programs must have done something.
After I installed those programs, I turned the tablet off only to restart it the next day and it was as if all my changes had never been made. All the added programs were gone, and the tablet was back to the appearance and contents of its first-boot.
Furthermore, when I check the storage - the first storage listed is completely full but only measures ~30mb. I couldn't install any new apps and even minor changes like moving an icon are undone when there's a reboot.
So I installed the adb and that seems to work normally, I'm rooted so I can remove programs manually but the tablet won't let me install anything above that 30mb limit. I used 'pm set-install-location 1' to install to the sdcard which works but yet again when I reboot all the changes are undone.
I'm really annoyed with myself as I thought the tablet was fantastic, had it set up just how I liked it and a bargain at the price of €65.
Does anyone have experience with this type of problem? I'm on Linux so I'm not worried about using the command-line or anything like that, but this was my first time using Ice Cream Sandwich so I'm not sure how to fix this. I imagine there's something I could flash onto the tablet to make it truly like it was the first time I used it and would let me install apps like normal again that will persist past a reboot.
All help will be much appreciated!!
