If your original Sims game downloaded into your download folder then you may be able to side-load it to your other device providing the game is compatible with it. Copy it from the download folder onto a USB stick or SD card and paste it onto the download folder on the new device - you should be able to install it from there.

However, transferring your scores, game status and updates is not so easy. If both devices are rooted then perhaps you may be able to make a Titanium backup on the original device which may transfer/restore to the new device if you are lucky - however an incorrect check-sum may well cause this to fail.
