teminal emulator stopped working

everytime i run terminal emulator i get a force close
ive tried to uninstall but it wont and i cant reinstall it without removing it
i cant get clockwork recovery to load so i can reset using my nand backup all i get it the stock recovery so i tried factory reset and it just wont go back to original state just reboots Warpedflash's Custom Update.zip v1
any help please?

install clockwork again and read my instructions more carefully this time the the bit in HUGE letters.
then for the term.apk file google it there are loads of links to it
