Java and Flash Sites

I love the look of the scroll tablet on ebuyer, I was going to buy one for my wife who loves playing on bingo sites for an hour in the evening on MY computer could someone please let me know if this tablet would be suitable for such sites (as I know the ipod touch for example does not allow flash sites)

Android 2.1 doesn't support flash sites.
