Looking for a tablet with the following...

I'm looking for some advise on the best model to get with regards to the price and the features I need included.

I need a tablet which includes some kind of video out, an audio output and a microphone input. Im open to the mic input being built in, but would prefer an actual separate input to attach a microphone to.

I also want to get some advice on latency (delay) which i've read is more of an issue with android related products in comparison to the iPAD's. Would these kind of products work well with karaoke software? If there are any apps anyone knows i'd appreciate the help there as well.
