I have that issue on mine on some apps and im on v1.01 too.

Also, do NOT use that TSCalibrate app - it is useless and will NOT calibrate the screen properly. It makes the touch bar at the top (with the home, back and menu buttons on it) unreachable and the only way that i could get it back was full factory restore.

Didnt matter to me as there was nothing on there (only had it since tuesday) but for someone with alot of data\apps loaded on it would be a pain.
