Hi quick question :)

If i hold the menu button down the bottom all the applications that I have opened or used are there however what if i dont want to have it running in the background.

other than going into setting applications -> force close.

is there a quicker way of closing these apps?

Thanks

Paul

You can use something like advanced task killer. As above, some say it isn't necessary or even helpful. However, I have found it useful when an app seems to have gone a bit haywire and my phone keeps switching itself on or the battery gets hot.
