What is changing my android ID?

Hi Folks

I was really chuffed with myself on Friday after I managed to use Android ID Changer to copy my phone's ID and get proper market access. My market has broken again and when I check the scroll's ID, it is always 2000000003c3fc00, (which is not what I changed it to) even after I change it again. Before I used the ID changer, it was something like 0123456789ABCDE. Any ideas what is doing this? Is this something that google can mess with if they are onto you? When I say that my market is broken, I mean that apps look like they are about to download but then stop.

Cheers

I changed the ID to what it 'should' be (the ID of my phone) using the sqlite3 method and it has stuck. However, my market still isn't working. Now to try the creating a virtual device and copying the ID method...

Well, I've got no idea why I lost market access but I've done the emulator thing and created a new one. Hopefully the market will work for a bit longer this time.
