Scroll (SCRO51624),Firemware V1.02s,linuxkernal 2.6.29,
Build Android 2.1
Try..
On the HomeHub, disable Wireless security and see if the Scroll connects. Its should work fine... then start moving up the security ladder and WEP, WPA and finally WPA2 (Dont use the Enterprise, use only WPA Personal). After changing the Security, reboot (power cycle) the homehub router.
The 'Unable to obtain IP' is usually associated with the security keys being wrong on the Scroll. Check case (BT use hex keys, but they must be lower case as some devices use them as a word)
I had a similar problem with a Homehub (thomson) and rebooting it fixed most of the connection problems... it seems to go bad when many failed wireless connects happen (in my case.)
