Hi,
I have big problem. I upgrade my scroll. Download update.zip from storageoptions.com and make with manual a upgrade. Go to bootmenu and do upgrade. After all I do restet and should see calibration screen but I have only white background with scroll logo. Is there any help for me??????????????

What firmware version was it on before you tried the upgrade? The one on their website is only for the version 1.00 firmware.

Have you tried accessing the recovery menu? (hold vol+ key and power on until you see the android guy, then press the menu hard button)

I can go to recovery menu but working only home button not menu button when I see android guy. When I pressing home button I going to Android system recovery utility. Maybe I had 1.02 firmware so what now?

My mistake, it is the home button you need.

What options do you have visible in the recovery menu? There are os images in the forum for various firmware versions that can be flashed onto the device using adb.

Thx for helping me In boot menu I have:
- reebot system now
- apply sdcard:update.zip
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
How to check what firmware/os I have and I know there is search button in forum but can you show me best solution for me. Many thx.

As it looks like you have used the official upgrade from Storage Options and that has messed up your scroll - It would be best to contact them to help you fix it or get them to replace the scroll.

As for your firmware version - if you are not able to boot the scroll into a complete working mode (ie get to the home screen) - you are not going to be able to find out the info. If you can the info is in:- Setting >> About Phone (you get to the settings from the home screen, by pressing the hard menu button or the icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, that looks like 3-4 lines)

You could try downloading the boot.img from the
posted firmware dumps on this site, either 1.02 or 1.02s.
then use adb to flash the boot.img.

Please don't ask how too use adb..lol
