New tablet questions (gen 2)

Hi, I was thinking of buying a tablet (gen 2) considering how cheap they are but I do not understand the following:

- How do I get apps if the marketplace does not work?
- Any good office app (word, and excel alike)?
- I will mainly be using it surf the net, and access ssh (I read terminal emulator works ok)
- Can I use multiple SD cards?
- Can the OS be upgraded later?

Plus does any one have any good images of the tablet, and any good cases?

I was going to an ipad 2 but this price of the gen 2 seems to be very good right now

we have got a fix to repair the market if you are a tinker viewtopic.php?f=27&t=615 have a read if you follow to the letter it will work

*its ok for surfing but no flash support
*the sd card can be swapped at any time and you can use a usb-microsd converter to have two drives at once for swapping files between cards(use the OTG cable from the box)

i got the 7" back in december ipad too dear dont regret anything and ive even given up my iphone for a samsung galaxy apollo (androids really got a hold of me)
