Doesn't recognise SD Card

Got a scroll today and think it might have a faulty SD slot. I've had tried 3 different SD cards, formatted to FAT32.

There is no indication when the card is plugged in, if I go to settings/SD card, Total space and Available say 'unavailable' and Mount/Format SD card are greyed out.

Have I missed anything obvious or is it just faulty?

Welcome to the secure facility for mentally unstable Scrollers!

If youve tried three different ones id say the scroll is faulty. I presume you are insterting the cards correctly and they are clicking into place?

Be very wary of cheap generic micro SD cards, especially 32GB, they format & appear to be 32GB but when used only hold about 11GB,I've been caught twice, pay the extra £10 for a Sandisk or Kingston. MP3 transfers appear to be going ok but after 11GB or so when the new directory is checked it's empty
