Have decided to root my scroll 52577 2.3 capacitive.
Looking around for the best option for 2.3.1 and I have seen Gingerbreak
Has anyone with 2.3 rooted their tablet with his one (or any other). How did it go?

Just seen on the "rooting how to" that swdarraugh has tried both Gingerbreak and Z4root without success. 
Has anyone manage it yet, if so please share.

I haven't tried it but super one click might be another option. It worked on the original scroll.
Scroll 7". Firmware: 1.02 Baseband: 1.02 Kernel: 2.6.29 Android Version:2.1
