Scroll not turning on

Not quite sure what may be wrong. I have installed some apps yesterday to read my ebooks probably it's not the reason. I have turned off the device yesterday in normal way but today I am unable to turn it on. Even when it's plug to my PC for few minutes it's still nothing on the screen am afraid. I did not update any firmware. Any clue how this may be sorted?
