Special Edition 8" Scroll

Hi all

First post here and wondering if anyone had any advice

I've recently just won a new scroll in a competition much to my delight and its my first ever tablet.

Just a question regarding touch screen which I'm not sure is a defect or just the way the tablet works?! It appears that each time I switch the scroll on the touch calibration goes a little off, trying to type or even select apps is difficult and way off the mark. For example if I want to select the "settings" tab I need to press on "notifications" to get into it. Don't get me wrong I'm not expecting Ipad level functionality but seems a little strange and can be a little frustrating at times.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and know of a fix?

There was a calibration issue on older units. Can you tell us exactly which model you have ( it will be on the box label)
