Hi I am new here this is my first post and I have just purchased a 7in scroll for my daughter who loves it but, after transfering photos onto it she cant view them. The booklet she got with it says to unmount it but when we drag the status bar down it does not give us an option to unmount it says (no service) then below that it has turn off USB storage (internal) can anyone help us out here and advise what we need to do? Any help at all would be much appreciated thanks Jacqui

The option 'turn off USB storage' does the function of 'unmount' (the instructions, that come with the Scroll are not very good)

So select 'turn off USB storage (internal)' and/or 'turn off USB storage (external)' - depending on which one(s) you need to unmount, after having the Scroll connected to a PC.

(You will only see the option to 'turn off USB storage' for drives that have been mounted)
