clock n calender

Scoured most of the posts for an answer ,cant realy find one sorry if i have overlooked it but is there a fix for the clock problem of reverting back to the setting time on restart?

Hi, I asked this question on the Storage Options live thread and was asked to contact the help desk. After telling them that I lost the time/date when the device was switched off they said it was faulty and gave me a return number.
