Just recently recievd my Scroll Excel and I am really pleased wiht. However I am just one issue that is really bugging and was the reason why I bought the tablet. I was wondering if someone could help or guide me the right direction

Recently go the DVD X-Men First Class for Christmas and in it said that I have a digital copy. At the time most of the stuff I have I load music and movies through iTunes so downloaded a iTunes version. Then I purchased the tablet so want to be able to watch the film on that. Downloaded a wmv file, copied it to the Micro SD card go to play it using Films, MX Video Player, mVideoPlayer and Real Player apps and just get an unclear pixellated film that eventually stops playing. Plays perfectlay alright on my PC.

Then I downloaded the film in Android mp4 format played it through the same apps and keep getting the message "Cannot play video". Downloaded the app Rockplayer Lite and get nothing but a blank screen. Now I amjust stuck thinking it was a bad idea getting this and should have got an iPad!

Please please please can someone help me as I want to take the tablet on holiday with films and baby programs for my one year old for us to view.

Thank you in advance for your help

To be honest I've been very impressed with the wide variety of video formats that the Excel can play. Compare that to my iPhone that will only play mp4s with aac audio, I suspect the iPad would be the same.

It's possible that the Excel you have bought is faulty, or you simply need to convert the video using something like Handbrake, Format Factory or Any Video Convertor.

Only issue I have of course is the ongoing audio sync problem.

I'd suggest posting future issues in the dedicated Excel Discussion Board
