I am new to Android. Just bought a Scroll Extreme.
I am no doubt missing something very simple here. How do you copy or move files between directories using file manager. I have sussed out how to do the first bit of long clicking the source file and then selecting copy or move. File manager the says 'holding filename' but when I then select the destination directory how do I paste the held file?

As a suplimentary question, can I move the download directory to the SDCARD.

I can't find an easy way to copy and paste using the stock file manager.
A good alternative which offers much better features is ES File explorer, available free here: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=ES+File+explorer
You can copy with a long press and choose paste from the menu options once you arrive at your destination directory.
