Ubuntu One authentication

Anyway. Ubuntu One works fine on my Android phone and has installed fine on the Scroll Excel. However, log-in always fails on the Excel with an HTTP authentication error. Have searched high and low and found nothing and wondered if anyone else has this problem - could it be a compatibility thing?
