hi all i have a scroll 51951 sp edition i downloaded the correct firmware update to micro sd but cant instal it i just get a black screen with an android figure and a triangle containing a caution sign

Sounds like you have the 800Mhz telechips model - did you downloasd the firmware from S.O ?
