Hi All
I too have purchased a scroll for this xmas but have found a few problems with it
I have set up my email address and yes it gets all my emails and I can send/rec
but as soon as I check for emails again (refresh/load new messages) - all the emails in the inbox dissapear ?? where do they go to??
Also if I get more that 10ft away from router the wireless signal is lost - very frustrating - any ideas?
I also have a laptop and a PS3 - they all work fine !
Alan

Hi Alan
I had exactly the same issue with Email (Virgin Media/NTL). The emails don't just vanish from view they also seem to get deleted.
To resolve this I ended up using IMAP rather than POP.
If you are using Virgin/NTL let me know and I will post some details of how I configured this.

Note if you have a @virginmedia.com email address rather than a @ntlworld.com email address you will need to use:
imap.virginmedia.com
smtp.virginmedia.com
when configuring the server settings
To configure open the email application on your scroll to use IMAP:
1) Delete your existing pop connection
options (press context menu button)
accounts
select and hold your pop account
select "remove account"
The email wizard should auto-run
2) Configure the wizard
enter your virgin media email username and password
clcik on the button "Manual Setup"
select IMAP
click Next
Incoming Server Settings:
Username: your virgin media email username
Password: your virgin media email password
Imap Server: imap.ntlworld.com
Port: 143
Security type None
Click Next
Outgoing Server Settings:
SMTP Server: smtp.ntlworld.com
Port: 25
Security type None
Require sign in: Deselect Tick
Click Next
Give the account a name
enter display name
Click Done
Hope this helps, Let me know how you get on.
Cheers

I found that the POP3 account didn't work on mine, so I changed it to imap now it works fine!
