wont boot past scroll logo

tried to update firmware.after several wipes and install update.zip .no joy,left with white screen showing scroll logo.will power on and off,little else.

Which update.zip did you use?

In that case - I would email storage options or return your scroll to where you bought it for a replacement/refund, sounds faulty.

has worked fine before update.not had it very long though.as a matter of interest on trying to update the android logo had a ! through it ? .wiped cache etc. selected install.zip and reboot. didnt ever seem to work,even though i left it for 2 hrs to boot.just that white screen and logo.

download the file again and start process again i had too complete it twice before i got it right

wont get anywhere near the boot app.just stuck on scroll logo.

boot into recovery (hold down vol+ whil powering it on) and try flashing again. if that dosent work contact SO. If there update did it they will replace it.
