Hello

Just put in my 32GB micro sd card and it has recognised it on my scroll, but when i plug it into my computer to copy films and that onto it, there is no sd card file to put them into.
Any ideas?

Thanks

when you attatch your computer hold the top of the screen - where the information bar is - and drag it down.
you'll see various things including "usb connected internal" & "usb connected external".
select the external one and then select mount and you should be able to see the card now.
the internal one is the built in memory where you need to put downloaded apps before you can install them.

@jellybug3

When you come to disconnect from the pc, make sure you unmount the internal and/or external memory first (just the one(s) you had mounted)

Do the reverse that you did to mount the memory, but the option will now say "Turn Off USB' - select that option. - You can now safely unplug the USB cable.

Hi
been following this thread and it has help but i still have a problem.
I have put a pdf file onto the micro sd card but I cant get to view the card via the tablet.
i have PDF Viewer installed and when I search for files it can only see the two that are on the tablet not the one on the card.
