the password is case-sensitive. Can you double check the passcode with the one on the routers config page. Also worth checking if it contains the letter o or numeral zero.

To access router homepage type "bthomehub.home" (without quotes) into your browser address bar. You will then be prompted to enter your admin password. This, if not changed, should be written on the back of your router (could also be the router serial number) on first entry you will be forced to change it before accessing anywhere else.
Then have a look round for wifi settings, its in there, but change nothing unless you are sure what the setting does - if you alter the wrong setting you'll kill your internet connection. You need to look for things like "wep/wpa key"

Type 192.168.1.254 in your browser that should take you to the Hub.

I also have the BT HH and use WPA2-Personal.AES with no problems at all.

Also depending on which OS you have, you should be able to see your Password in Network Connections and then view staus of this connection.
This is for W7, but is similar on other Windows OS.

I don't know if this will help, but with an earlier version of BT Homehub and the current Homehub2, they came with a 'credit card' which carried the information you require: Wireless network name, followed by Wireless key. If you havn't got the card, or lost it, then you will have to carry out the search as prescribed by 'Rayle' and 'Fonefixer'.
Certainly when I started my Scroll for the first time, it picked up the network rapidly, and having entered the wireless key, it connected immediately, and has done ever since (I suppose I shouldn't tempt fate !) without mofdifying any other security setting.
