first thank all those people that have help me in the past i had to do a complete reset with the help of storage options, i now haver another problem see below
I tapped on apps installer which put an icon on my face page since then i have been unable to browse the net

Hi Safetyman....

Could you elaborate a bit on this please?

1)which icon did it place on your home screen? (ie the app installer one?)
2) When you open your browser, what error are you getting?
3) is wifi connecting ok?

finished doing data reset thanks for repling though
