Is there a way to search the forums for an exact phrase? For instance, I can't see how to use, even the advanced search, to find the phrase "remove the phone" without getting every post that happens to contain the three words "remove", "the" and "phone". I know this may miss some potentially useful hits, but I won't find any if they're buried in 18 pages of totally unrelated results.

Try putting *'s on one side, the other, or both, to do a search. (shift and 8 on your keyboard).

Maybe I haven't understood but, if I put *remove the phone* into the search, it comes back with a lot fewer results, but not the right ones! For example, it comes back with at least two results which don't contain that phrase.

Search function is a bit limited but you can always click 'Advanced Search' below the search box and search for what you want within a specific forum only - reducing the results and making it a bit easier to find what you want.
Note: I am currently working on adding a Google Site-Search box to the site, which will help searches within the site a lot more

New Google site-search added to this forum now.
To use it, click on 'Advanced Search' just under the search box at the top of every page.
