AHHHHH its driving me mad.

give us a clue? I have tried everything and cannot get it to work.

Best explainn in schoolboy lingo as I am a bit thick!

WE all need help at some time and I am pleased if I can offer it.

Find "User control panel" 3rd tab along above and click it.
Then click on the 2nd tab along marked Profile
From here you can add or edit your Avatar.

Note that the size of the image is important.
If you prepare an avatar in an a graphics app then it must not exceed 90 pixels wide by 90 pixels high.
If you exceed these limits then your unpload is likely to fail.

Hope this cures your failures.

Did all you suggested beore I wrote that, just did it again and it still wont play ball grrrrrrrrrr
