Pleased to hear that you had some success with the cleaner bitsink, even if it didn't sort out the phantom keys

Hi Guys, Got my keyboard plugged it in and nothing working, so looks like a return to Amazon.

sorry to hear you have probs have you checked settings in scroll and using right usb I made that mistake I'm not saying you are stupid!!
